Dave Moreau -
Chief Executive Officer
Dave has spent much of his career as a senior news executive in newspapers and television. He was Managing Partner of Masons News Service and Television News, one of the UK's top news and television agencies, from 1990 to 2000, starting a number of spin-
off media companies in the process prior to founding FoneStarz in 2000. Dave focuses particularly on group strategy and senior management recruitment, as well as maintaining strategic relationships with key customers and partners, including Vodafone.
Grant Smuts -
Chief Commercial Officer
Prior to joining FoneStarz in January 2004, Grant was a Vice President at Click2learn, Inc (now Sumtotal Systems [NASDAQ: SUMT]), responsible for Asia-
Pacific operations, based in Sydney (2001-
2003) and then for EMEA operations from June 2003. Between 2000-
2001, Grant was managing director of YourNews UK (now MoMac), and from 1999 to 2000 was new media business development manager for the digital arm of News International (UK subsidiary of News Corporation [NYSE: NWS]) in London. Prior to this, he was a strategy consultant for Accenture in Sydney and a corporate lawyer in Australia. Grant oversees all revenue generation and commercial activities for the Group. His responsibilities include business development, partnership strategy, product development, content licensing and legal matters.
Henry Fairpo -
Chief Financial Officer
Henry has been Finance Director of fully listed Jasmin PLC and a partner and regional head of corporate finance for PKF. A chartered accountant, he has spent more than 12 years focusing on emerging technologies-
based businesses. Henry is responsible for the Group's finance and operations functions, oversees the technology infrastructure team, HR and the Group facilities and is the Company Secretary for the group entities.

VP Technology / Chief Technical Officer
James began working with FoneStarz at its conception in 2000 and has led the technical team through the development of applications for both UK and Global mobile networks, including the company's industry standard Content Management System. Prior to this, he worked on a number of Internet-
based projects including the development of major picture archive sites for clients such as BAA.
Rebecca Thompson -
GM D2C business unit (currently on maternity leave)
Rebecca began her career as a Business Analyst for Hogg Robinson, co-
creating the PriceWaterhouseCoopers global travel extranet. During her employment with FoneStarz, she has supervised the development of all aspects of the production of content and worked with James Clayton-
Smith in the development of the Content Management System.
Keith O'Brien -
SVP GM Operator and Managed Services business unit
Prior to joining FoneStarz in 2007, Keith had a mobile operator background, involved in the set up of Vodafone live! in 2002 and Genie mobile internet at BTCellnet in 2000. During his time at Vodafone, Keith played a lead role in the delivery of the music download service on the widely acclaimed mobile portal, Vodafone live! in the UK. As head of content for Vodafone Australia Keith oversaw the launch of Vodafone's 3G content services in 2006, and more recently the successful launch of mass market Mobile TV in July 2006. Keith has over 10 years marketing and mobile content experience, is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET) and is a Chartered Engineer (CEng).
Danny Crossen -
VP Content Services and Head of Adult D2C
Danny manages all the 18+ services for FoneStarz. He has a background in payment solutions, first as an Area Manager for Barclays Merchant Services and then with Netbanx and the Transact Group.
